New Found Love

It all started when I laid my eyes on a beautifully embroidered bag. I could not resist and of course ended up buying it. Ever since then the beauty of embroidery and all it has to offer has never faded for me.This led me to open up Zellya and experiment with embroidery, one thing at a time.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If your product has been personalized with a name or phrase, it is not returnable,exchangeable or refundable. Underwear,bras and swimwear are also non-returnable due to hygienic purpose. However, (excluding personalized items) if you are not satisfied with your purchase due to the nature of the product being made to order, we only allow an exchange within two weeks of receiving and you would pay a 15% restocking fee. This means that you contact us and ship it out within those 2 weeks. If you contact us and ship it out after the 2 weeks the item will not be exchanged/refunded. The items have to be in the same condition that they were sent to you in and all shipping costs are on the buyer.

If you are ever dissatisfied with a product, please reach out to us through Etsy. Our goal is to keep our customers happy so please contact us with any concerns.
We accept payments through Etsy's direct checkout, a safe and convenient way for you to pay with a credit or debit card. We also accept PayPal, money orders or personal checks.

If you have any questions about payment, please contact us through Etsy.
We ship most items (unless specified) First Class mail with the USPS in a polymailer. With this said most items should arrive within 3-9 days from the day we ship it out. Most of our orders will ship out within 3-5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays), if there will be a delay we will be sure to notify you. If you would like a faster shipping method, please be sure to purchase priority shipping at checkout.

As soon as we ship out your purchase, you will receive a tracking number as confirmation that we have shipped your purchase and that it is well on its way to you.

Once in the hands of USPS, we are no longer responsible for lost packages, however we will try our best to help locate in case of anything.

IMPORTANT: Please take note that many countries assess duties and taxes on imported packages. Sometimes these fees can be high. If you're not sure of the amount that you could be charged, please check and let us know if you think this could be a problem. International orders do not have a tracking number once they leave the USA. Please note that they can take up to a month to receive. The seller is NOT responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed on the buyer by their country of residence. Such fees vary from country to country and it is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of them.

Lastly, please make sure your shipping address is correct! We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to address error. If there was an error and the order has not been shipped out yet, please notify us ASAP and we can change the address for you.
