Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please reach out to me directly.

Prints come with 5 JPGs in high resolution 300-dpi quality in the following sizes:

➋ 2:3 Ratio - prints up to 24" x 36" inches
Can be adjusted to:

➌ 4:5 Ratio - prints up to 16" x 20" inches

[ Where are my prints? ]

Your purchased items are available for download directly (and conveniently!) on Etsy's website.

On the website menu, go to You > Purchases and reviews > Click the button "Download Files."

Files are available immediately after payment is confirmed for you to print yourself, print using an online service, or take to your local printer. If you upload them to a service, please upload the art file unzipped for highest quality.
