What if my order is lost in the mail or arrives damaged?
Please contact us! We do our best to find solutions for every problem including refunds, replacements, and locating lost mail.
Please provide images of damaged items within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement or refund.
We're not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses, it is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct address.
We can't guarantee refunds/replacements for items lost in the mail, especially for items marked as "delivered." We will contact USPS to locate lost mail, if USPS confirms the mail is lost, we will offer a refund or replacement.
If an item is returned due to incorrect address, being unclaimed or other reasons, the order will be canceled and refunded. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but we'll gladly write a custom gift message if requested!
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within North America (United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Saint Pierre and Miquelon). This may change overtime to include or exclude more countries depending on international shipment policies, taxes, and other factors.
