Follow the instructions below to find the best fit for you. If you are not sure of your size, do the following:

1. Lay your favorite shirt / sweater on a flat surface.
2. Measure horizontally at the widest point from armpit to armpit (width).
3. Measure vertically from the highest point of neckline to bottom hem (length).
4. Compare those measurements with the provided size chart in the listing photos.
5. Choose the size that is closest to those measurements.
Remember to size up for an oversize look.

All shirt measurements are included in the item details. We highly encourage our buyers to double-check sizes/measurements prior to purchasing since all sales are final, and all of our items fit differently. If you have questions or concerns

Turn inside out. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on design.

If you'd like to send an item as a gift we're more than happy to include a personalized note and leave out any invoices! Please just include that information in the "notes" section at checkout!

Contact me within 3 hours after the purchase is made.
Once in production, I cannot cancel your order or make any changes and WILL NOT issue a refund.

What is considered the wrong item? Any item that is different from what you ordered in size, color, style, or design.

What is considered a damaged item? Anything that is misprinted, arrives with stains that do not come off after washing, or arrives with holes.

You must send pictures that are not blurry and are taken with good lighting, showing the entire garment, front and back if necessary, along with a close-up of the damage or issue. Please ensure the picture or pictures are clear.

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Etsy gift cards. Payments must be full processed before items will be printed and shipped. Please note: if you pay by E-check, it can take up to 7 business days to clear. Once the E-check has cleared and payment is processed your order will be printed and shipped.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must contact us within 3 hours of purchase.
Sales tax will be applied to all orders that ship to Washington state.

All items are custom made to order, and all sales are final. Please refer to the measurements posted in each listing to ensure the item will fit correctly. We pride ourselves on creating and sending quality apparel, but in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, or damaged goods, please message us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange.

- Please keep in mind that each item is made to order and produced specifically for you; therefore, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds if you change your mind or do not select the proper size.
- Please read the item description and select the correct item(s), size(s), and color(s) when placing an order.

*All orders ship within 12 to 24hrs of payment confirmation.

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service. First class mail takes an an additional 3-5 business days. We also have two rush shipping options you can choose at checkout. Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days, and Express takes 1-2 business days (Domestic only).

We ship to the "Shipping address" that is used when you checkout. Please be sure the address is correct, or message us immediately to change the address after checkout. We cannot offer refunds if items are mailed to an old/incorrect address in your order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by USPS.
