Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no cost. After the 24-hour window, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cancellations, as each piece is handcrafted and production typically begins shortly after the order is confirmed.

As all pieces are made to order and customized, a 30% making charge will be deducted from all approved returns and exchanges. The remaining 70% will either be refunded to your original payment method or can be applied toward another purchase of your choice.
