Hi there! I'm DD and I specializes in hand-made hair accessories, detailing beautiful and luxurious styles. I also have other pieces such as cell phone cases and jewelries, which are accessorized with decorative pieces purchased from China and eBay. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Accepted payment methods

As of now, I only accept payment method in PayPal. And you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order through PayPal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with credit card without signing up for a PayPal account. When payment is received I'll ship your order within 1-2 business days. All shipping is will be packaged well and safely with padded wraps. Transaction days should usually be 3-4 days in the U.S. and up to 15 days internationally.

I cannot be responsible for damaged and/or lost packages. But if you would like to have any kind of insurance on your shipment, please let me know and I will provide an upgrade and traceable delivery method.
Refunds and Exchanges
As of now, I have not considered a full refund policy but I do assess individual cases in special circumstances. Most the time, I would not give warranty for types of damages after item is shipped. However, if you do have any concerns, please feel free to contact me ASAP.

With return policies, I will only accept items within 7 days after the costumer's receiving of the item and only if the item is still in original packaging. Costumer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

And as of now, I offer free shipping within the U.S.
