How do you take care of olive wood?
To clean or wash your olivewood products do so only by hand and with warm water and soap. Never submerge in water and do not put items in the dishwasher. After drying naturally the wood may look dull – and a little like it is losing its grain – but this can be corrected with simple olive oil.
Is olive wood hard?
Olive wood is very hard, strong and durable. It is deep brown in color with strong, oil-like grain patterns that are a beautiful distinguishing feature: no two olive wood products are identical. In addition, olive wood has natural antibacterial properties.
Custom and personalized orders
We can add custom engraving text or logo to your item for free. These special items will be shipped from our workshop in Tunisia, so please be a little patient with us :)
Do you ship Worldwide ?
Yes we ship worldwide excluding Mexico and Israel. The reason is that our national carrier doesn't ship there. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
How can I track my package? When should I expect my order to arrive?
Your package will be delivered and tracked by USPS.
What if I don't receive my items in time ?
No worries, just contact me and I will be very happy to assist, you will have the choice of getting a full refund or send another package. Please do not open cases before contacting me!
