Hello! Thanks for stopping by. Please read through my shop policies before making a purchase, so we have no surprises.
When shopping at ZooBe ZooBe Zoo, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from my shop. Questions and feedback are always appreciated. Please don't hesitate to message or convo me. I use flat rate shipping from USPS so I will pack as much in the box as possible.

PayPal is my preferred method of payment. Please only choose "Other" if we have prearranged a purchase.
Don't have a PayPal account? Just visit www.PayPal.com for more info. Using PayPal is the fastest and most secure way to make an online purchase.
- You may also pay by credit card through PayPal without a PayPal account. Simply choose your preferred credit card at the PayPal website when checking out and you are good to go!
- Payment is expected at the time of purchase and item will not be shipped until payment has cleared. If payment is not received the in 5 days the order will be canceled and the item re-listed.
I ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
To save space and shipping cost, I ship USPS flat rate shipping (with tracking) which cost $5.35 for most shipments. I will include multiple items in one box. Larger shipments are $11.35 and up. I only ship inside the United States.
- I will only ship to the address on file with PayPal. Please keep your information up to date as I can not be responsible for misdirected packages.
- If your purchase is intended as a gift for someone else, please note that and the sddress change in the Message to seller.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the item received you may return it in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding all postage cost). Handmade clothing items must be returned unworn.
