I don't want to label this seller as "bad," but I'm being asked to review an item I've not yet received and have next to no contact from the seller. After hearing nothing from her after my purchase, I tried to contact her through Etsy and got no response. So I emailed. No response. So I emailed again. Finally got a response (12 days after purchase date). She apologized and said she had a family emergency, hadn't been to the post office or checked any of her msgs (Etsy or otherwise). Fair enough, things happen and I understand that. She said she would get it out that Friday (2/21). I said "great, please keep me posted and if it's not possible to get it to me, I understand, but please keep me posted." I never heard from the seller again. I want to stress, I'm not saying this is a bad Etsy-er, maybe just communicate with her before

Thanks for taking the time to stop by my shop! Have a look around and see if there is anything you like, if you would like something I don't have listed by all means feel free to convo me, and I'll be more then happy to make your ideas all yours.

Everything I do, I do with the mindset of what I would like to have done for me. Every effort is made to notify you of each step, from payment received to when your item is shipped.

Payment
~When is payment due?
Payment is accepted at the time of order or within the first 48 hours of purchase. If you need more time to make the payment please contact me and let me know. If you do not, items not paid for within this time frame will be re-listed for someone else to buy, and the initial sale canceled.


~What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept PayPal payments and Direct Checkout through Etsy only. These are the fastest method of online payment and allows me to ship your item as soon as possible. I do not accept personal checks, cash, or money orders.

I will ship your item/items as soon as payment is received. When using direct checkout, keep in mind that this prompts a message for me saying I will receive payment once an item is marked shipped. I only ship on Tuesdays and Fridays so if you order on an off day and use Direct Checkout I will mark the item as shipped in order to receive payment, but will still send it out on my scheduled days. I will still send my usual Convo that I have returned from shipping your item/items.
Shipping
~How and when are packages shipped?
I ship twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday, by USPS with a tracking number if requested. I will contact you when your order has been shipped. However, I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. I'll automatically ship to your Etsy address, so if you would like it shipped to a different address please let me know ahead of time!

~What is included in shipping costs?
My shipping prices are set to cover the cost of shipping, packaging materials, and a portion of the Etsy and PayPal fees incurred with each transaction.

~*SHIPPING COSTS ON CUSTOM ITEMS*~
Shipping costs for custom items will be the same as other items as long as the custom piece fits the envelopes I usually use for shipping. If a bigger parcel is required, shipping may be more to compensate.

Unless there is proof that an item was made in error (i.e. noted as the incorrect size in the listing) I cannot offer refunds, and all sales are final.
I take great care to make sure my photos are as color-accurate as possible, but variations in monitors may make colors slightly different on your screen than mine. Posted photos are always with and without flash, so if you have any doubts as to which photograph is most true to real life, just ask!

~Lost packages
I am not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost let me know and I will file an insurance claim on it if you paid for insurance.

~What is a Custom Order?
Any special request from a customer, this can be a recreation or a custom design.

~What is a Custom Design?
These are new designs that are worked on in collaboration with a customer. Often times this entails a back-and-forth process that varies in length and complexity.

~What is a Recreation?
This is a recreation of a listing I’ve done in the past. You can see them all in my Sold Items:

Most times I can recreate something exactly and will happily do so along with whatever minor changes a customer wants. Minor changes include yarn color, button choices, size, and anything that doesn't stray from the core design.

~Custom Order Procedure
You may use the Request a Custom Item link, or you may send me a Convo to begin discussing a custom order, and at this point I’ll add your name to the Custom Order List. After we’ve settled on a design then I’ll give you a quote and start working on the item.
Once everything is done I’ll put your item up as a custom listing on Etsy and will send you the link. From there, you can check out with your custom and any other items you wish to purchase.
If a custom order is not claimed after 5 days after being listed for you, I reserve the right to re-list it in the store for general sale. Please contact me if there are special circumstances that prevent you from paying for your item promptly, I'm a very understanding person and I’m sure we can work something out =]

~*Custom Order FAQs*~

~When do I pay for a custom order?
Once you have signed up for an item and I quote you a price, I will begin to work on your item unless you decide you would like to cancel the order. If you cancel the order after I have started working on it you will be responsible for paying for the cost of special order materials, and I will invoice you with the cost.

~Can I cancel/change my custom order?
You may cancel your item at any time before I start working on it. Once I have begun to purchase materials (if needed) or assembling, I expect my customers to honor their end of the agreement and purchase the custom order. You may also change what item you would like to have made, again, up until the point I have begun sourcing materials or assembling the order.

~Is there an additional fee for custom orders or recreations?
Yes. In order to be fair to both myself and my customers, ZucciniPancakes has implemented a sliding custom order fee. This fee varies with the complexity of the assignment; most times it will be between $5-$10 and will be added to the final price of the item. This fee helps to cover the time spent developing a custom request, responding to Convos, taking photos of ideas, sourcing special materials, and reworking the design to meet my customers’ approval. As always, I will be upfront about the cost of custom item during the design process (if I forget, please ask!).

~I saw a sold order I liked. Can you recreate it for me?
That depends. If it was something that I created, yes, I will happily make another to your specifications, providing I have the materials. If it was a custom design made in collaboration with another customer, maybe: I can ask the customer who owns the design if it can be recreated as custom orders belong to the person that contracted them. Keep in mind they have every right to refuse, but we could work together to design something similar, just not an exact replication.
