Frequently asked questions
Processing times
Orders are processed between 2 and 7 business days, during off-peak months, Monday to Friday. Then are ready for shipping.
During peak seasonal months, orders could be processed as late as 5 and 12 business days, Monday to Friday. Then are ready for shipping.
International Shipping
International Shipping will be available in the future. I will announce any updates for this on my Etsy Store.
Store Returns Policy 1.1
Each order is custom and printed on demand.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged
due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
In the rare event in which the order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement or a refund, if the defect is reported within 30 days of purchase. We would require an accurate photo to be taken on the image prior to a replacement or refund being issued.
We are passionate about our products and reputation, and aim to satisfy our customers.
We do not accept returns or replacements in cases where the customer wants a smaller or lager size, or colour change, etc.
If you change your mind or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us.
Store Returns Policy 1.2
Customer's cover the costs of the return, unless other arrangements have been agreed by us.
We can't accept returns for:
1. Custom or personalised orders
2. Perishable products (like food or flowers)
2. Digital downloads
3. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale.
Why My New Shirt Smells
The odour you may smell on your new garment is a byproduct of the Custom Printing method used to print the design(s).
But don't threat, the odour from the printing is only a temporary addition. Now that your garment is outside of the small confines of the shipping packaging, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
Lost / Stolen Packages 1.1
All orders will come with a Tracking Number which will be sent to you when the order is about to shipped.
Lost packages will be replaced when we confirm which delivery service did indeed lose the package during transit.
A replacement order will not be sent out until we receive this confirmation.
We are not liable to accept the costs for having to replace an lost in transit. However, we are willing do everything we can within reason, to help resolve the issue with the delivery service.
Lost / Stolen Packages 1.2
Stolen packages will not be replaced by us, as the cause of theft is not a result of our provided service. The cost of replacement packages will not be covered by us.
All customers have at least 2 to 5 days to make sure they can collect their package, as the Tracking Number will give details on when the package should arrive.
