We have been selling crafts since the 80's but not like this on Etsy. This is all a little overwhelming for us older artisans but will make every attempt to offer quality products backed with a moneyback quarantee if not what we described, pictured and delivered.

As we develop and learn we will edit our shop including the different policies. We must look out for our shop but our customers are the important part of our business and customer service is at the head of the list.

Communication and dialog is by far the most important part of helping our customers, so all questions or concerns are always welcomed.

Appreciate you taking the time to visit our shop. Judy, Norm, our wonderful pets, Crockett, Skylar, Tiger, Jake, and Otto (our parrot) all say thank you and hope to do lots of business with you all.

Returns and exchanges
Sometimes things happen during shipping or the product is just not what you wanted. We will gladly exhange or refund all monies except any shipping charges.

Exhanges and refunds must be timely, and 10 days seems a fair turnaround to help our customers. We will give our utmost attention to customer service. Communication is key and welcome all questions or concerns.
Payment
We accept paypal, moneyorders and will accept personal checks with prior approval. Moneyorders and personal checks slow shpping until checks has cleared.

Paypal is by far the easiest and quickest. You do not have to be a member of paypal to use it.

We'll help with any questions and make transaction as easy as possible. If payment is'nt received within 5 days we must cancel and relist the item, sorry for any trouble this may cause.
Shipping
We are just getting started and learning as we go. Most products will include shipping but if product is large or requires special packaging we will have a shipping charge.

We're not out to make money on shipping and if our rates are over what it costs we will gladly refund the differnce and if under, how quickly we will learn. Unless requested, everything is sent out USPS. Insurance is not included. Email questions or concerns and we will work out to your satisfaction.

Since we are just getting started and have much to learn, and no doubt mistakes will be made, please email or convo us with any questions and help to make our shop better.

Currently, we only ship to Canada and the US but that could change as we learn shipping methods and costs. International shipping is open for dialog.
