Care instructions

When received, your item may need "fluffed." My handmade items are made of materials, such as wired ribbons, that should hold their shape once molded. I try to pack your item very securely, but once it's in the carriers' hands things can happen.

Wreaths are for inside and outside use. If used outside, it should be under an overhang, such as a porch, to protect from the elements.
Fading will occur more quickly if exposed to direct light.

Custom and personalized orders

Please contact me for requests of special designs. I do take a very limited number of custom orders. A deposit of 50% is required for custom orders and is non refundable. These items are non refundable , nonreturnable .

Sizing details

Measurements are from tip to tip, whether this be greenery or ribbon for example. Please understand, I try to measure as closely as possible, but realize yours may vary 1-2 inches from mine.

Returns or cancellations

I do not accept returns, but contact me immediately if there is a problem with your order. Cancellations not accepted once the item is shipped.

Shipping

***The buyer is responsible for supplying a valid address for shipping. I only send large items via UPS. UPS does NOT deliver to PO Box address.

All orders will be processed in our standard 1-5 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days.

Shipping/transit times is dependent of the method of shipping you choose and once the item is in the shipping service hands, it is beyond our control as to the speed of transit.

We are not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all of which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility.
