Payment is expected at the time of purchase.
You have to pay to each store individually if shopping at different shops at a time .

No refunds on custom orders. Please make sure you ask all appropriate questions and details before purchasing.

DIGITAL PROOF APPROVAL.
Customer is responsible for digital proof approval for any digital or printed art.
After a proof has been approved via email by you, the final files will be sent/printed.
Any additional changes after final files had been sent
will incur a $10.00 charge per change/per event.
Please check the proof carefully before approving it.
I do not accept deposits. Orders have to paid in full before I process your order.
Please feel free to ask as many questions as possible before making your purchase as CUSTOM/RESERVED/DIGITAL ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Domestic Shipping is First class USPS mail with delivery confirmation and can take from 2-6 business days to arrive.
If you need expedited shipping please send me an email and I will gladly work with you, and can post a listing for a new shipping fee.
When purchasing more than 5 greeting cards, Priority mail and insurance from USPS is included. If any undelivered packages arise, you can always file a claim with USPS to get your money refunded up to $50.00
If purchasing less than 5 cards, please inquiry for a custom order to add Priority shipping (highly recommended).
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
ALBTME will not be liable for *lost or *undelivered packages due to an *incorrect address, *postal delays due to inclement weather or any other out my hands natural event.
Because of the nature of my products some of them will take longer or shorter to make (specially when they are custom made), but you will definitely know in advance.
From time to time, I like to verify the shipping information and expect you to respond accordingly to ensure timely delivery of your order.
*DELIVERED PACKAGE but customer claims didn't get package.
I cannot refund a purchase for a package that was delivered to a wrong address.
If the package shows a DELIVERED notice, this means it reach the destination it was on the receipt.
*RETURNED TO ME PACKAGE.
If a package is returned to me due to various reasons (as stated above*) and customer wants the package re-deliver, buyer is responsible for re-delivery shipping charges.
I am a home based, one woman business and cannot afford to refund orders for buyer's mistakes or postal errors. I make every effort to ensure a smooth shipping experience.
I sometimes may contact you via email or etsy convo to confirm shipping address when it differs completely from the USPS records.
It is the buyer's responsibility to correct and confirm shipping address as well as reviewing shipping and tracking information once the package has shipped.
I ONLY SHIP AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN CLEARED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

**If for any reason I don't receive confirmation or communication from your part after 1 day I WILL REFUND THE TOTAL PURCHASE AMOUNT. I send an email prior to cancellation to confirm this action.**
I CAN NOT GUARANTEE TIME OF DELIVERY DUE TO VARIABLE
COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS POLICIES.
I WILL SHIP VIA USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL OR THE NEXT CHEAPEST OPTION DEPENDING OF TYPE OF PACKAGE.
If you need your package insured, please inquiry prior purchasing. Strongly recommended in larger purchases.
I cannot track a package once it leaves the U.S. I have no control on how long it will take a package to arrive in a foreign country, it depends on the shipping method and custom procedures for each individual country. Customs and tax fees are solely the buyers responsibility. I do not mark packages as gifts. It's against the law.

1. Do you offer different size files?
At this moment I cannot do so, because I have a very busy time as a mom, entreprenur, and following God's call to action.
All my art and digital files are formatted for letter size ( most of the time 8x10" artwork).
2. Does my purchase allows to OWN the art?
No. This is done as a digital file for your convenience but no rights of any kind are transfered upon purchase. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
NO rights to reproduce or share the files or art is granted.
3. Do you do custom work?
I accept custom orders on a case by case basis. You are welcome to inquiry with no commitment from my part to take the job.
4. Why don't you ship internationally?
I have found it better to work on a case by case purchase. Please inquiry if you need a package outside the US.
I am very detailed in my work.
