All items are from a smoke-free home.
I use the Secure Server site Paypal, which accepts credit cards and e-checks. You do not have to have a PayPal Account to use your credit card or bank account to pay. When you checkout, choose Paypal, select the option "I do not have a PayPal account", then click "continue" and follow the instructions.
I also accept money orders. Please let me know in the "Note to Seller" box if you are paying via money order. Please note that I will wait for the check to clear before sending your purchased item(s).
Your purchase will usually be shipped with 48 hours after payment is received
I try to ship the fastest and cheapest way via USPS, which is usually Priority Mail or First Class. If you would like Express, please let me know so I can adjust your shipping accordingly. Thanks!
Shipping is a third party service, and once I place it in the delivery service's hands I have no power over timely delivery, loss or damage. Insurance may be purchased.
If you wish to purchase insurance, please contact me prior to purchase. Insurance added after your purchase will be $0.65 higher than if added before (to compensate for fees incurred for an extra money transaction). Any claims of loss or damage in transit would be made to the delivery service and such claims are in their hands.
Refunds and Exchanges
Hair products are non-returnable. For all other items, a full refund minus shipping will be sent when I have received the item back in my studio in the same condition in which it was sent out.
All refunds will be returned in the same method as payment was given.
