Returns and exchanges
A lot of my charms are very fragile due to most of them have arms/legs/tails coming off of them. You are taking a risk of those appendages breaking off by buying a character with such things. I will be happy to repair or make you a new charm after you send back the bracelet if it came broken in the mail. I will not do this service for free if it breaks after you have owned the charm for more than a week, however I know they are fragile items and even the most careful people can break my charms. If you send me a message prior to shipping back your item I will let you know if I can make you a new charm and attach it back on at no cost.

"Buyers’ remorse" is not considered a valid reason for canceling a transaction. I will agree to cancel a transaction if you are not able to pay for the order or if the incorrect payment method was used by accident. For change of address, simply message me with the correct address and I will remember to ship it to the one you give me.
Shipping
Please give me a 1-2 week notice if you want your item by a certain deadline.

Tracking is not available on standard US or international shipping. It's important to note that sometimes international packages are held up by customs offices or other factors which are beyond my control. Therefore, your package could take anywhere from 7-10 days to 6+ weeks with standard shipping. I can not be responsible for packages once they leave the US. I am more than happy to upgrade your shipping method so that it includes tracking information and insurance in case of loss; please contact me for an upgrade before you purchase.
