I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
- Products can only be exchanged within 14 days, with the exception of the customized items: these can Not be exchanged!
- Shipping fees are NOT refunded!
Payment
- Payment via credit card, ideal and bank transfer beforehand.
- All prices include 21% tax, except for the downloads. For these you pay the VAT-rate of your own country.
Shipping
- Shipping fees are indicated per item.
- Shipping occurs at the buyer's risk.
- In case of exchanging an item, the shipping fee will NOT be refunded.
