never rec'd

I HAVE ALREADY MESSAGE YOU TO ASKED YOU TO SEND TO BORDERLINX USA WHICH THE ADDRESS STATED IN MY ETSY ACCOUNT DURING MY PURCHASE. AND AFTER I KNEW THAT YOU WERE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH MY REQUEST TO REDUCE IMPORT DUTY AND TAX WHEN THE PARCEL COMES INTO MALAYSIA, I DIDN'T INSIST YOU TO DO THAT ANYMORE. AND IF YOU COMPLETED MY ORDER WITHIN 3 TO 4 WEEKS AND SEND TO BORDERLINX ON 8 JULY (THE DATE YOU REJECTED TO ACCEPT MY ORDER AND REFUNDED ME) THEY STILL HAVE 4 WEEKS WHICH IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME FOR BORDERLINX TO SEND THE PARCEL TO ME IN MALAYSIA PROMPTLY BEFORE 8 AUGUST 2010! THE SELLER IS TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND SHE DOESN'T COMMIT TO SELL!

I am extremely unhappy with the seller. I purchased and paid the payment on 8 June 2010 and her policy is 2 to 3 production lead time. This was supposedly for my daughter 6th birthday party on 8 August 2010. I tried to convo her many times, out of 10 times she only reply 1 or 2. No reply, bad in communication and most importantly irresponsible. Because after I waited for 1 whole month, she decided to refund me and told me she couldn't accept my order which she should have informed me once I purchased and make payment! Now I am short of time to get someone to make my daughter a party dress!!!
