I'm Harley. I make clothes for every gender; corsets, waistcoats, trousers, dresses, kilts, whatever you need. I also make furniture, jewellery, and many other things. Queer friendly, kink friendly, pretty friendly all round.

I make things in many styles, such as circus, industrial, fetish, gothic, steampunk, and whatever else pops into my head.

About

Fabric, wood, and metal, handmade by harlequins.

Fabric, wood, and metal, handmade by harlequins.

My name is Harley. I am self employed, making my living by making things. I work with fabric, wood, and metal, and make clothes, furniture, restraints, and anything else anyone asks me to make.

I’ve been self employed since the start of 2011, and initially, all my work was done with fabric. Over the past few years, I’ve begun working with wood and metal again, materials I’d not had an opportunity to work with since leaving school.

Formerly trading as abeautifulpalegreen, I changed the name to HarlequinWorks to reflect the more diverse range of materials I use.

I’m based in London, and I’m active on the queer and kink scenes; as such, HarlequinWorks is intended to be a safe space.

Everything you see here is designed and made by me, unless otherwise stated.

Hi!

My name is Harley, and I make things! If you see something you like, drop me a line, and we'll see about making it up for you in your size, and to your specification. Want it in green rather than black, or blue rather than red? We can almost certainly make that happen.

Payment
We accept PayPal.
Payment must be recieved within 24 hours of an item being purchased, or the sale will be cancelled and the item re-listed.
Standard items can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. If an item is cancelled after shipping, the customer must pay the postage necessary to return it to us, and a refund will only be given when the item or items are recieved in a good, saleable condition.
We regret that while a custom (made to measure) order can be cancelled, no refund can be offered in this case.
Shipping
All items except custom orders will be sent out within three working days of receiving cleared payment.

Custom orders will be made up as quickly as they can be, and then shipped. Please note- the timeline given for custom items runs from when we receive your measurements, since obviously we can't get started without them.

Multiple items sent to the same address can be combined. Please inform us at the time of purchase if you wish to do this.
We send our items from England, via Royal Mail, so we ship to wherever Royal Mail ship to. If you live somewhere outside of their reach, drop us a note and we'll see what can be arranged.

Please note: We ship all of our items in as-made condition, in secure packaging. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any damage the item or items have recieved during transit. However, you can open a claim with Royal Mail. Since most of our items are soft, they are not prone to damage. if you are particularly concerned about your item getting damaged in transit, please let us know, and we will send it special delivery to guard against this.
Refunds and Exchanges
We try to provide accurate pictures and descriptions of all our items, but if you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can return it within seven days, and email us to inform us of the problem. When we have recieved the item or items, in a re-saleable condition, we will issue a refund, not including postage, through PayPal. We regret that refunds cannot be offered on made to measure orders.

Please note that we can only make made-to-measure items based on the measurements with which you provide us, and we cannot be held responsible for items that don't fit due to incorrect measurements being supplied.
Additional policies and FAQs
We make items to order. Items can often be made in a different colour or fabric or size, and entirely new items can be made. If you want a custom item made, get in touch, tell us what you want, and we'll tell you if we can make it.

If you see something you like in the wrong size, or maybe one of our skirts that you think would look great as the bottom part of a dress, or something like that, please get in touch with us. Since making to your measurements is really no harder than making to generic measurements or sizes, it is very likely that we can make you something special for very little more than a normal listing price.

Made to measure orders will be made up in fabrics of the correct colour, weight, and content, but they may differ from the fabrics pictured, owing to difficulties in finding reliable fabric suppliers. This means that if an item is pictured with black denim, you might get black drill, or black canvas- both the right colour, both pure cotton, but a slightly different construction. In addition, in the case of some items, we dye the fabric ourselves, which may lead to slight inconsistencies in colour. In the same way, buckles, buttons, and other hardware may vary slightly.

When you place a made to measure order, we will get in touch with you to let you know which measurements we need and how to take them. If we don't hear anything from you for 30 days, we will consider the order cancelled.
