As always, feel free to contact me if you have any questions/requests.

Because of the custom nature of my pieces they are made to order and may look slightly different from the photo. Each piece is hand crafted just for you and this creates a unique piece each time.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
For all refunds, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt (or 14 days if you are located in the EU) if you wish to receive a refund/exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable and the buyer pays the shipping cost to return the item. I take great care to ensure the quality of my work and because many items are made to order no refunds will be given on personalized items, rushed orders or requests received after the 7 day (14 days for EU) time period expires.

Once the request has been received I will send you a return address. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging and be postmarked within 14 days. The 14 days will begin once the return address is sent to the customer.

Please note that I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. If you are concerned that this may be a possibility I recommend getting delivery confirmation as well as insurance on the parcel. Please ensure that your return is properly packaged to avoid damage or loss.

If there is a problem with the piece and it becomes defective please contact me to discuss your options.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS AND RINGS
Unfortunately at this time, unless there is a construction flaw that makes the ring or piece unwearable, I am unable to take returns on rings or custom made items. For this reason please ensure that the correct size of ring is ordered. Most rings are made to order in your specific size and made just for you, making them hard to re-sell. Because of the price of silver it is hard for my small business to have ready made rings in various sizes in stock. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment
Currently I accept PayPal, Etsy Direct Checkout and Etsy issued Gift Cards.

You don't need to have a Paypal acount to use this function, just press the Paypal option and follow the link to pay with a credit card.

Utah Residents will be charged a 6.75% sales tax.

TURN AROUND TIME & SHIPPING -
Please keep in mind production time when deciding what shipping method would work best for you. To see the current production time for this item click on the “Shipping & Policies” tab above. To get an estimate of when the product will arrive add the production time to the estimated shipping speed, but please note that many USPS shipping speeds are not guaranteed. Please contact me if you are worried about receiving an item by a specific date and I can work with you to get a custom shipping option to fit your needs.

Do you need your item faster than stated? I may be able to accommodate. Contact me to see if expediting your order is a possibility.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING -
Several shipping options are available. Regular shipping is through USPS First Class mail which usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. I also offer USPS Priority (2-3 days) as well as USPS Priority Express 1 Day. These options can be selected while checking out. Please refer to the USPS websites or contact me if you have any questions about their policies or shipping speeds.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -
I ship world wide! Please note that you are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees that your country requires and is NOT included as a part of the shipping fees charged by Abella Blue. For UK buyers please be aware of the import taxes imposed by the UK for goods purchased outside of the EU. These taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are shipped via First-Class Mail International, Unfortunately I cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders due to the various customs and policies of each country. Some countries can take 2-3 weeks and perhaps up to 4 weeks, especially during holiday season. I also offer European Union Priority (6-10 days). If you do not see a shipping option that will work for you when checking out please contact me and we may be able to arrange shipping that will work for you.

C A R E
Because of the nature of handmade jewelry special care should be taken to ensure the longevity of the piece. Avoid exposure to beauty products such as hairspray or perfume. Remove jewelry when engaging in any athletic activity, showering, or swimming. To avoid/remove tarnish store unworn jewelry in ziplock bag. Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals, which could cause harm to the gemstones and patina of your piece. Regular cleaning with a silver polishing cloth (avoiding gemstones as much as possible) will keep your piece in good shape and looking great.
