I cant believe how perfect it is, its better than anything i could have expected thank you so much, the quality and the detail and everything its just perfect!

So to start off with the things out of our control: the delivery was overseas (I live in the U.S.) so I didn’t expect much— was hoping it’d get here before Christmas but COVID and yadda, yadda… none of this was important in the end but it is something to consider if you have a time crunch. The things that were awesome were EVERYTHING else. My partner’s dog is 13 years old and we are very aware of the borrowed time we spend with her. I wanted to make sure he could keep her close to his heart even when she was no longer “here.” Many tears were shed as he opened up the package and immediately recognized his old gal’s face. Excellent quality and craft. The likeness and essence of her was captured. I greatly appreciate the effort that went into this and I cannot recommend enough!

I am so impressed and excited about this item! Abi did an incredible embroidery of my cat! She was prompt with communication and even went above and beyond to work with me to embroider onto a specific type of shirt. It arrived wrapped beautifully (and packed in compostable packing). I got this as a gift and I know the person will absolutely love and treasure this for years to come.

Absolutely beautiful and Abi really went above and beyond to help. Brilliant communication. I will definitely buy another. The gift packaging was also incredible, she even enclosed an extra sticker so that I could look at the item and then seal it up myself ... which I always find really annoying with gifts I have ordered from elsewhere, because you either don’t get to see it or you have to tear/ spoil the wrapping! 💎💎
