Thanks so much for your feedback, Lauren! As I mentioned in our correspondence, purchasing a smaller size than the one primarily pictured in the listing will result in a smaller size bouquet - therefore less full and less detailed. My shop policies state that these items are not returnable, but I would've been happy to exchange them for a large size at the additional charge. I believe my listing details to be specific as far as which size is pictured, but I will certainly keep your experience in mind moving forward! Thank you! Jessie :)

3 out of 5 starsQuality is not as good as it looks in photos. Theybare a bit flimsy and not nearly as full as they look in the listing photos. I had to make some adjustments myself to get them to where I wanted them — I added a few more flowers that I purchased myself, reinforced weak areas with hot glue, and rewrapped the stems with satin ribbon which made it feel a bit nicer/more sturdy. Unfortunately the seller was not very responsive to me when I expressed that this purchase sort of missed the mark from what I had expected, claiming all the photos in the listing were XL bouquets and thats why they looked different. Considering how much they charge for these bouquets, that was a bit surprising and disappointing but luckily as I mentioned I was able to fix them myself.
