I kindly ask that payment be sent within 3 business days of the purchase, unless a prior arrangement has been made with me. Please be aware, Personal Checks will need to clear before the item is shipped.
All pieces are gift wrapped and securely packaged to a very high standard for shipping via USPS. I can not be held accountable for any items sent through the post without insurance, however, in the unlikely event of the item being damaged, or mislaid, please contact me.
Shipping
I include insurance and delivery confirmation on all orders of $65 and over.
Delivery confirmation only on all orders below $65. Please contact me if you would like to pay for insurance, and I will adjust the price accordingly.
International buyers, please contact me for adjustment fees to the shipping costs.
Email notification will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
All duties, custom fees, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer.
I post to the address listed in your Paypal info. Please ensure it is your correct address.

I ask for a $100 non-refundable deposit to begin the doll. I strive to ensure every piece I create will exceed your expectations, and I hope you will be delighted with your choice.
On completion and listing of your order, I ask for the balance to be paid within 2 weeks. I reserve the right to retain the deposit and sell the piece if this agreement is broken, unless a prior arrangement has been made with me.
