Hi! Welcome to A Bit of Fluff for Women. I am the sole owner/worker of A Bit of Fluff. I started my business just earlier this year – 2008. Although, I have been making and designing jewelry and items from polymer clay for even longer.

Returns and exchanges
All items purchased (custom or not) can be returned/refunded within 30 days. If the item exhibits signs of defect caused by myself or the postal service when received refund will be made and a replacement sent. But if it is due to the customer, refunds/replacement will not be made. I am 100% behind my work, so I want to make sure all my customers are happy and extremely pleased with my customer service and ITEMS! I will, also, replace any item that is shipped and received broken or has any other defect. Photos will be needed of the item, showing the problem! Convo with photos.

***Replacements might not be possible of some of our one of kind items. (e.g. costumes, some jewelry piece, enquire before purchasing if this is a concern.)

Earrings cannot be returned if they have already been worn.
I accept only Paypal at this time. I reserve the right to re-list an item if payment has not been received within 5 days of the purchase date. (RME coming soon!)
All Clutches and Jewelry are mailed within 48 hours of received payment. If payment is received on a holiday, shipment will be made the next non-federal holiday. Any changes to holiday shipments will be made at the required time. All Custom Orders will be given a date of shipment at time of purchase, if not otherwise noted on listing and will not be shipped until payment is received.

All Domestic Shipments are mailed USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. If priority/express mail is a request of yours, please convo for exact pricing before purchasing. Any special delivery requests should be made before or during the time of purchase.

All International Shipments are mailed USPS Air Mail/Letter Post. Standard mailing is set at 5 dollars for all clutches and pieces of jewelry. These are only standard prices. I want to ensure shipping prices are as accurate as possible. I prefer International customers’ convo me before purchasing. Or if you want to go ahead and purchase, then pay the standard shipping fee and I will adjust and/or refund any/all postal fees not exceeding the standard set amount. All International customers are required to pay custom fees, if required. Any other special delivery requests should be made before or during the time of purchase. *** All countries have their own Prohibitions regarding items mailed. Please make sure that the item you are purchasing does not fall into any category which would cause the item to NOT make it past customs. (i.e. China - manufactured or not; precious stones; jewelry; and other valuable articles, unless sent as an insured post < this would mean some of my pieces will need to be insured (This is at the customers cost.)

Additional policies and FAQs
Sending one of my items as a gift? There are no restrictions regarding shipment addresses – they do not have to match your etsy account address. Please make sure though that you notate or convo me regarding the shipment of the item as a gift and where you would like it shipped too! I can also place a special note on the gift tag. (I, also, take a few photos and send them to you before shipment.) Personally, I know I like to see what my friends and family are receiving exactly before it goes out!

As with any business here on Etsy, we try to include any and all concerns, requirements, and problem solutions to our customers in our shop policies. If a problem occurs and a solution is not posted here before the purchase/shipment, A Bit of Fluff, and I being the sole owner is not responsible for any and all possible issues. ****A Bit of Fluff will make sure all issues/problems will be dealt with and solved to the best of my ability and in a timely manner.****
