5 out of 5 starsBeautiful necklace! My only wish is that the chain itself was better quality. The clasp is extremely hard to attach because the ring on the other side is so incredibly small. I will likely upgrade and get another chain at some point in the near future but the rings are absolutely beautiful and the engraving is perfect.

3 out of 5 starsI’m a little disappointed in my box chain upgrade (the charms are wonderful!). I paid for an upgrade to a box chain for an additional charge so that my hair wouldn’t get stuck in the chain, like it always seems to with traditional chains. Well, the box chain comes with an extender that is traditional chain, NOT box chain, so my hair gets ripped out from it anyway. Kind of a waste of money for my purposes. It would have been a beautiful chain without that part though. To be fair, it does list that an extender is included but I thought that a) it was able to be removed in that the length was ordered PLUS the extender, and b) that it would be box chain extender.

Our aim is to ensure you can fully enjoy your Abiza piece and we are 100% committed to your satisfaction.
As long as usage instructions are followed, we do not expect any problems with our jewellery. However, in exceptional cases when you face a problem, we will fully support you. Please get in touch with us.
We will carefully investigate the issue. If we conclude that it is related to a part or craftsmanship failure, we will either repair or replace it, ensuring it is as good as new, at no additional cost to you. This is valid within 3 MONTHS of purchase.
In case you need any repairs, please contact us. We will do our best to help.
HOW TO CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY
Wearing
We recommend removing your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise particularly in the sea or swimming pools. Avoid direct contacts with chemicals, such as perfumes, creams or any other liquids.
Cleaning
Use a soft, lint free cloth to keep your Sterling Silver, Gold Filled or Gold jewellery. Widely available mini polish pads for gold and silver are brilliant for cleaning.
Storing
All pieces should ideally be stored in the original Abiza box. It will keep them tangle free and protected from moisture. If not possible, we suggest to keep them in zip lock bags, in a dark and cool place.
Gemstones
All gemstones should be cleaned using an untreated, dry, soft cloth. Avoid hot water and harsh chemicals. Some gemstones (Ethiopian Opal, top of the list) are very sensitive to moisture since they can absorb water. This may result in a change in colour and flash.
Gemstone bracelets
In our gemstone bracelets, we use a flexible beading wire, tested to withstand 14 pounds (6.4kg) of load. Unless forcefully pulled, it will never break. In case you get your gemstone bracelet caught onto something (watch door handles!), it may not break but the beading wire could get damaged. Very easily noticed as it will feel looser and kinked. We recommend you get in touch with us if you have any doubts or concerns. Making a simple repair at that stage is much easier than repairing after it completely breaks. If broken completely, in most of the cases some beads may be lost!

Do you accept custom orders? Can I choose my stone?
Due to social distancing measures we can't accept custom orders, photo requests and stone selection services for the raw stone necklaces at this time. Sorry! If you leave a note for the desired shape of stone we'll do our best to pick the closest one available.
What is Gold Filled? Is it Real Gold?
There's a 14K real gold layer pressure bonded onto high quality brass core. As long as you follow the care instructions and avoid bathing, swimming and contact with chemicals it should last you a long time.
Are your gemstones real and sourced ethically? Is your jewellery nickel free?
Yes. All our gemstones are genuine. We may have a few exceptions. In those cases, it is clearly stated in the listing. Our gemstones are sourced ethically and we put extra effort to keep it that way.
All our jewellery is 100% nickel free!
Can I send a gift direct to the recipient?
Yes of course! Please change your address to the receiver's at the checkout.
All items arrive in a cushioned, black Abiza branded gift box .
Please tick the gift wrap option at the checkout if you want your box tied with a golden ribbon and/or a hand-written gift card added to your order with your personal gift note.
We never include any document with price information inside your package. You can easily print out your VAT receipt on your Etsy orders page, if needed.

All photos are magnified to show detail.
We take all the measurements carefully, they are all written in close approximations.
Almost all listings include at least one photo to show the scale.
Please take a minute to read them and check all images to avoid disappointment. Please remember, our style is elegant and dainty.
Our bracelets are adjustable 6.5-8"/16.5-20cm.
Necklace length very much depends on style in addition to the size of the wearer. We have model photos in most of our listings along with her size info. To ensure you achieve the look you wanted, most of our necklaces are now adjustable.
15-17"/38-43cm adjustable

We receive the most exchange requests for they are being too small!

Contact us right away! If you give us the correct address, we will create your shipping label accordingly. Please note, when you receive “shipment notification” email from Etsy, it will still show the wrong address, because we can’t change your address recorded on your Etsy order.
If your order has already shipped, we can’t intercept anymore. However, we will give you the necessary info so that you can contact your local postal service for a redirection. Success depends on your postal service. If the package is returned to us, we will reship it to an address of your choice. We will have to charge you the re-shipping cost.
