the story behind "about madeline"

Hello there! I am Sarah, the founder and creator of "About Madeline".
Let me tell you a bit about how it all started.
Mid 2019 my partner and I went on an adventure. We had bought a camper and started traveling around Europe for one year.

Along the way I was lucky to discover many things both of this world we live in, but also of the world within me. My inner truth. My higher self. Again and again I came across the subject of womanhood, sisterhood, empowerment and the inequality that still so painfully exists on this planet between women and men to this day.
I also rediscovered my passion for drawing.

With my art, I want to call to action, I want to empower, I want to inspire. I want to help women find their worth and know that they are enough, and perfectly imperfect. I want to be of service and make other sisters dream and feel good about themselves.

So when we got back from our journey, I decided to take a leap of faith and jump right in to the next adventure; starting a business to get my art out to whoever enjoys it!

So here I am, creating for you. With love, and care, and passion.
