I want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not, please let me know within 10 days of receipt of the item. I will do my best to resolve any problems. In the event of a refund, your purchase price will be refunded upon my receipt of the item in original condition. Shipping fees are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

Because of the nature of these items, I cannot accept returns for personalized or custom orders.
No refunds on digital downloads.

Items are shipped via USPS first class. Unless noted otherwise all items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your cleared payment.

International shipments: The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, duty or other charges. I am sorry, but I cannot list the item as a gift.

For purchasers of digital downloads:

E-checks processed through PayPal can take up to 5 days to clear, and your download will not be available until the e-check has cleared.

I do not accept cancellations on orders where payment is made "instantly". In other words, if you pay via credit card, or with another form of instant PayPal payment (through a linked bank account, or with your PayPal balance for example) since the download will also be available instantly, I cannot cancel the order.

You may cancel the order BEFORE the payment clears if using an e-check if you have not already received a download link.

No refunds on digital downloads

You have purchased a single copy of whatever print you have ordered, which is the Copyrighted work of Eleanor Abramson. The sale DOES NOT include transfer of license, rights, or permission to copy or redistribute the work whether for profit or not.

Redistribution is NOT permissible. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing digital or physical copies of the print, uploading the print to peer-to-peer networks, and sharing links to download the print.
