I was once asked in an interview, "What is the one thing you wish all of your clients knew when working with your company?" and that's probably the best question I've had. Here's the answer...
"If you like the style, but don't see something in the shop that's exactly what you're looking for, by all means ask for what you want! It's funny, despite the name being Absinthe CUSTOM Printing, clients have a tendency to think that if an item looks a certain way, uses a certain font or color, than it can't be changed. That's the beauty of working with a designer - you don't have to buy some 'cookie cutter' design off the shelf - it's all custom and can all be changed! Feel free to mix and match elements from one design to another...and if it's not quite right, try another combo. It's what we do...don't be shy!"

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept order cancellations of custom printed materials once the final approval is given by you.
There is a min $30 restocking fee for custom ordered supplies such as cardstock, embelishments and folders.

Please take detailed photos of the packaging (including the mailing label), and the damage on the item. We will replace what's been ruined, but need these photos to file a claim, otherwise it comes out of my own pocket :(
Your payment in full is due before the item ships, however, if you do need a payment plan for larger/package purchases, that's absolutely fine! Just ask!
Air Mail - $16 (2 weeks or less...so they say, but I wouldn't count on less)
Courier Ground service- $35-40 (3-5 business days)
Courier Express service - $65-70 (next business day, no weekend delivery)
Standard size/weight envelopes will still go by regular mail, unless otherwise specified.
Please note, I have no control over the fine folks at the Customs office. Sometimes parcels get delayed at the border...and sometimes there may be duty/brokerage charges, if you're really unlucky... if you're unsure if you're subject to these fees, just call your local FedEx/UPS office, they'll know!
