Quality imported fragrances.

Abu Zari Fragances is the brainchild of owner Fareed Abu Zari. Inspired by the love of fragrances, he decided one day while staring at his collection of imported oils he acquired through the years, to set up a table in his local area and sell oils from his collection. Surprisingly successful, this morphed into an idea to package and sell fragrances under the brand and name sake Abu Zari, which means “father of Zari”. Each fragrance, in it’s variety of blends, cultures and uniqueness are hand picked and carefully selected by him undergoing his rigorous smell test.

Let your nose take you on a journey and indulge yourself in the eccentric, chic fragrant vibe of Abu Zari Fragrances.

Frequently asked questions
What are Perfume Oils?

Perfume oils are typically an all-natural type perfume. They are alcohol free and contain an absolute minimum amount of synthetic fragrances. The oils are extracted from raw, fragrant materials, which are the same materials used in alcohol-based perfumes. However, because of its oil base and how it is applied, you will find that scent will react differently.

Perfume oils tend to be less overpowering, longer lasting, and more gentle to sensitive skin. However, be careful when applying your perfume oil because it can stain your clothing.

What is the proper way to wear perfume oils?

Perfume oils react to your body heat and should be applied directly on the skin. The pulse points are prime real estate for dabbing so be sure to apply it on your wrists and neck. Other locations such as the crook of your elbow & knees, the cleavage, or behind the ears are also great.

The longer the oil sits on the skin mixing with your natural body oils the better so make it a part of your after shower routine.

Also, a little goes a long way!

What is Oud?

Oud also know as Agarwood, Aloeswood, Eagleswood, or Gharuwood is a fragrant dark resinous wood, used in incense, perfume, and small carvings.

The wood chips can be burned as an incense. The oil is most often used as a base note of perfume.

What is Attar?

Attar is the Arabic word for natural perfume oil derived from botanical sources such as flowers, herbs, spices, and barks. A little dab goes long way and body heat intensifies the scent.

What is Mukhallat?
