Returns and exchanges
All items are shipped with insurance so that if anything is lost or damaged, you will be reimbursed by the USPS. If, however, there is a problem, please convo me and I'll do my best to rectify the situation.
Payment
Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase. If you are not going to pay immediately, please let me know when and how you will be paying in the "Notes" section of your purchase or by convo'ing me. I accept Paypal and US Money Orders only at this time.
Shipping
My shipping times are a bit erratic right now due to my fluctuating work schedule. My post office recently changed it's hours so that now it closes at 4:30pm. Due to the holidays, I've been working a lot of 12 hour days and haven't been able to make it to the post office before it closes. My days off are generally Sundays and Mondays. So, I ship mostly on Mondays. I also try to get to the post office on my lunch breaks when I can. If you need something shipped quickly, it's best to send me a note letting me know so that I can put a rush on it.

All orders shipped in the United States will have delivery confirmation and insurance.
Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome custom orders. Turn around time is generally 2 weeks, but that can fluctuate depending on the time of year (holidays, etc.). I also welcome consignment opportunities. Generally wholesale orders will have a 6 piece minimum. Convo me for more information.
