Care instructions
Sterling silver tarnishes when exposed to air, chemicals & humidity. The best way to keep sterling silver jewelry nice is to wear it! If it does tarnish, you can rub it with a polishing cloth and restore its shine.
Do not use any chemical tarnish remover on gemstone jewelry.
Wearing jewelry while using cleaning products, cosmetics, doing hard manual labor, exercise, sleeping, or other activities may result in permanent damage to your jewelry.
The seller is not responsible for jewelry that is damaged by the buyer.
The seller is not responsible for jewelry that is lost or stolen.
Sizing details
Custom orders and made-to-order items cannot be resized. The best way to determine fit is to go get your fingers professionally fitted. The seller is not responsible for incorrect sizing. Please make sure you select the correct size when making a purchase. When ordering stacking rings or a wide band ring, size UP a little for the best fit. NOTE: your ring size fluctuates during the year . . . typically your fingers swell when it's hot or during exercise, and your fingers get smaller with cold weather or weight loss. We cannot control these situations, so keep this in mind when requesting a ring size.
Returns & Exchanges
* We accept returns, however, the buyer must pay for shipping to return the product to me. The return/refund will be completed only after we receive the product and it is in new condition.
* We will exchange a product for a different size or selection. The product must be returned in brand new condition in its original packaging. The customer pays for shipping both ways for all exchanges.
