The color was not as vibrant as in the pictures.

I have sold plenty of these skirts and nothing resulted in the color not being vibrant enough. The skirt is exactly as the photo, I have no control how it appears on your computer screen. I can see if their were problems with, quality, service, shipping etc but the color!?!?

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The shipping carrier that may be used to ship your order will be either U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Military addresses (APO or FPO) and orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time Delivery Schedule Estimated delivery includes order processing time and shipping time.

Standard Shipping

We offer Standard Shipping on all orders every day! Once your order has been verified and is shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 business days with Everyday Standard Shipping. We offer Standard Shipping for all orders in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders being shipped to APO and FPO addresses can be shipped via Everyday Standard Shipping only.

Express Shipping

Orders shipped with Express Shipping will be delivered within 3-5 business days after the order has been verified and shipped. Orders placed after 1PM EST with Express Shipping will be processed on the following business day, Monday through Friday. We do not offer Express Shipping for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO and FPO addresses.
Refunds and Exchanges
Item Availability

While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. While many apparel items are made to order, we will notify you via email if an item that you have ordered is out of stock. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order or exchange for a new item at no additional costs. Made to order items are completed within two weeks or sooner.


Many of our apparel/clothing items are made to order therefore all items except for apparel/clothing are refundable. NOTE: A full refund can be given if any item including apparel/clothing if the order has not been processed yet. Once any apparel/clothing item has been processed, there are no refunds.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Note: There are no refunds on any apparel/clothing item(s).

Exchange Process

Once we receive your return/exchange package, two transactions will take place:

We will process a refund for your returned item(s) in the original form of payment.

A new order will be placed for the new item(s) you have requested (subject to availability). Your credit card will be billed once these new item(s) are shipped. At this time you may be contacted to provide verification or to update your billing information.

Exchanged Items must adhere to the following
The item being exchanged cannot show any signs of wear or tear, stains of any sort and original tags must be attached or the full price of the item will be charged for the item exchanged and the replacement item.

Exchange Availability

All exchange requests are subject to availability. By the time your exchange request is received, there is a possibility that the item(s) you requested in exchange may no longer be available. If the item(s) you have requested in exchange for your return are no longer available at the time of processing, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), and you will be notified via email.

PayPal Exchanges

Orders placed via PayPal must be returned or exchanged by mail through our Online Store.

Rush Exchanges

To ensure that you receive your exchange item before it is sold out; we offer the option for a Rush Exchange. Rush exchanges are available for in-stock items only.

Changes & Cancellations

Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service by processing orders within one business day of receipt. We will try our best to accommodate your order cancellation or adjustment request if your order has not already been processed. However, once an order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

If you are interested in purchasing a different item or the same item in a different size and/or color, we suggest that you place a new order to ensure that you will receive the item while it is still available. Please refuse the original order at the time of delivery or use the enclosed prepaid return shipping label to send the original order or item back to us.

All refunds initiated because of buyer's remorse or anything related to the buyer will be charged an additional restocking fee of $50. This amount will be withheld in the refund portion.
