"Your shirts are hands down the highest quality that we've had. Others crack and peel and yours don't at all." -Customer in AZ

"You will never believe I was just bragging on your quality to so many people on our cruise. We have worn and loved these shirts soooo much and would love another!" -Customer in GA

I use VIBRANT pigments and an industrial heat transfer process that will not fade; This bonds the high-quality inks straight to the clothing fibers. This process completely resists any cracking or even fading, after multiple washes, and is nothing like an "iron-on." My process is much costlier than iron-on transfers, but it is completely different in quality; from right when you receive the items, to after hundreds of washes! PLEASE NOTE: Items need to be washed in order to soften. I have confidence that you will be very pleased!

"One of the best-kept secrets of Etsy." I focus on Premium-Quality in my supplies, products, and service. I use the highest quality process of Industrial Sublimation and inks, as well as what I feel is the best quality of shirt blanks, which are made in the US. You can really see and feel the quality of my items - far over and above home-made hobby items that can so easily be found; mine are completely different from iron-ons, which are dull and continue to fade after washing. Mine last so long you will be proud to keep handing them down!

Designed and made in Seattle. My images they are under the copyright of Acme Baby Co., as "altered art." Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Prior to Etsy, ABC established as a baby and children's clothing company in 2001. Everything here is created with love and great attention to neatness and detail.

CARE OF GARMENTS: Machine wash and dry. Do NOT dry-clean or bleach.

Sizing is "true to size," and I recommend "sizing up," for a good long-lasting fit!

NO WATERMARKS ON THE ITEMS YOU RECEIVE.

Any graphic can be put on any size shirt from newborn to adult XXL! Just write me a message if you don't see what you need!

Don't forget to "take the baby out of the box." TM

I was very impressed by the print on this onesie. Can't wait for my little guy to wear it for his monthly theme as a pirate (12 month photo). So glad I found this shop.

Hahaha after the long wait of Canada customs. (Nothing to do with the seller) infact she delivered promptly, I received the two shirts that I had ordered. Thankyou so much for the beautiful garments. I bought one for a friend, who loves vintage/ retro. I am excited to give this to her for her Baby shower. I will certainly be ordering more in the future.

About

I hope you will find how much I love making baby and kid's clothing.

Creativity and quality has long been a focus of mine, especially sewing and knitting . My mother made just about all our clothes when we were little, and I still have some of the fabric from the 70's. I leaned to sew with a little bit of guidance form my mother (mostly it was "read the pattern") and my first real job was ironing tablecloths for Seattle's first ever espresso cafe. My love for domestic chores lives on, and manifests here on Etsy, as well as on my other website and exclusive stores in my locality.

I have a penchant for perfecting the process of construction. Over the years, while I have been learning and implementing vintage sewing techniques (on my beloved 1924 Singer Cottage-Industrial Dressmaker), and collecting all sorts of vintage patterns and reproduction fabrics, I eventually graduated to modern machines, and I absolutely adore them as well. Just like my clothing - I try to create a blend of the vintage with the modern. Unexpected combination of fabrics and colors, and a good variety to keep people interested!

I also have a degree in Landscape Design, but while pregnant in 2001 I started selling clothing for babies. I created the brand Babyfairies, which I sold to Craftsbury Kids in 2005. Not long after that I realized I missed creating baby items so much that I started Acme Baby Co., designing and creating vintage-inspired clothing and accessories for babies and simple, practical design. have also been making industrial sublimation-printed shirts for about four years, personally mentored by a seasoned vet who owns another popular vintage clothing line, and I also love the digital side of my work. I have often dabbled in doing digital art and graphic design for other shops and businesses, inside and out of Etsy, making business cards and designing websites.

I have always been into art and creating. Growing up in Seattle around artists and unusually creative and interesting people has had a big impact on me. I occasionally work for Close Enough Engineering, making massive dodecahedron ice crystals and huge permanent displays for large stores and casinos all over the world! I love working in this huge industrial engineering workshop. I find it really gratifying to be involved in something very tactile, that not many others can do. (I love my industrial tools!) I enjoy having several irons in the fire (I work on the side doing home inspections with my partner), but sewing is what I always come back to.

I have long enjoyed making people happy with my creations, and one day hope to open my own Brick & Mortar shop. I miss the one-on-one of selling in local markets, and I do love working in sales, especially when I get such a tremendously positive feedback in person. I truly hope that you will get a great deal of enjoyment and pleasure out of my items!

It's just me! I have a degrees in Fine Arts, one in Landscape Design, a Paralegal Degree, and I am a student of Humanities. I still love gardening and cooking when I am not sewing, doing graphic art, or printing shirts.
