The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
As each item I sell has been crafted as a one-off, exact replacement of damaged or lost goods is unlikely if not impossible.

However, should an item be damaged or lost in transit - I will do my best to work with you for a fair resolution.
Payment
I gratefully accept payments via PayPal, debit and credit.
Shipping
I will ship your personally packaged item to you within two days of your purchase. I'll also send you an email with shipping confirmation, and if applicable - insurance or tracking information as well.

Unless otherwise specified in the listing, I ship each piece individually wrapped and placed inside of a bubble-mailer envelope. I send all of our packages through Canada Post, or if necessary for a rush - UPS. In the event that a UPS upgrade is needed, please convo me so that I can quote you a specific rate. Should you have any concerns, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your shipping needs!

Kindly bear in mind that while I greatly enjoy the folkloric history of crystals and all of the metaphysical philosophizing that minerals can inspire - I absolutely do not make or advocate any claims of crystal therapy in place of seeking medical attention for physical or psychiatric ailments.

I might publish the known metaphysical properties of crystals as information to ponder, to help you identify with certain stones and explore yourself through using crystals as either a talisman or personal aesthetic. People often want to know the "meaning" of stones, and I am deeply enthusiastic about this; however, meaning is created ultimately by the individual. Nothing would honour me more than you attaching your own meaning to one of my creations.
