Payment

Acorn Arts Studio, LLC, accepts PayPal (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) for payment, as well as Direct Pay through Etsy.com. Maine residents are subject to a 5.5% sales tax.

Local buyers who would like to pick up their order will be refunded all shipping charges.

Items will be shipped once payment is received.

Shipping

All shipping is done through UPS or USPS Priority Mail and will include delivery confirmation. Costs are based on the lower 48 states in the US. However, I am happy to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as other countries - just contact me for a shipping quote. International customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or other incurred duties.

In-stock items will be shipped within five days of payment received. Custom orders will vary by item ... stained glass – a week or so depending on size and glass availability, but pottery items take much longer to produce and fire.

At Acorn Arts Studio, LLC, I use USPS Priority boxes with as much recycled material as possible for packaging.
