5 out of 5 starsThe smell is phenomenal, but I just wanted to take a moment and review shipping. This business is in Texas and they took the extra time and concern to ensure that procedures were in place to get a soy candle out of Texas in summer extreme heat without melting. I ordered from another company, in Texas who just failed and had thousands of candles melt in Texas summer heat and backlogged months of orders. Still haven't gotten that order from the other company (from April!). However, this company put in cooler foiling and ice packs to ensure it safely made it to me and it did. Thank you so much for the care you put into ensuring your quality product made it to me intact. Might have to give the other company your name so they can pay you for your shipping knowledge!!
