Hello, We make sure to be very detailed in all of our design listings. Some of our designs are editable through Canva, and others we make the customizations for you. All design listings say whether they are Canva Editable or editable through us. Sorry if you may have been confused, but we did refund your order within 24 hours of your purchase.

Can I submit images/logos so that they can be placed in the design?
Yes. 2 ways in submitting images. You can email us at: info@activeinkmedia.com (make sure to include your receipt # in email)
Or you can attach images in Etsys conversations.
Will I receive a design proof? So I can review the design for any changes?
Yes. Once purchased, and you have submitted your info / images, we will send you a design proof for your review within the next 48 hours. (once we receive your information & or images)
I love "this" design but I want to change the color, can you change the color?
Yes. We can change to any color of your liking. Make our design truly yours!
