    Amazing designer. Megan made sure that every detail was exactly as I wanted it - and within my budget. I would recommend her to anyone looking for custom invitations at a reasonable price. Very professional. Responded quickly to emails. The process was extremely positive. I feel like she listened to my input, and was really able to capture the feel of my wedding. Thanks Megan!

Adair design can offer letterpress, thermography, die-cuts, laser-cut wedding invitations, and all of this at fantastic rates.

For engaged couples, the excitement of planning a wedding can overwhelm the most basic principal of what an invitation is intended to do, and that is: get a response! My experience in creating corporate identity has taught me that thoughtful design is essential to creating personality with an impact.

For the budget-conscious couples looking to balance affordability and personal style consider the following: will your invitation be considered a “keepsake”? People know the difference between art and ordinary. The highest compliment is for your guests to keep your wedding invitations. Through exciting the senses with something different, you will find that an immediate response from your guests is not uncommon. People crave a fresh approach as opposed to a tired format!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Due to the custom nature of my designs, all deposits are non-refundable. Once you have approved the final proof of any project and given me the OK to print, any mistakes/typos that were overlooked on the final proof are the responsibility of the purchaser. If a new package needs to be reprinted, a reprint fee will be assessed. Any mistakes deemed the fault of Adair Design will be taken care of at no reprint cost to the client and will be handled in a timely manner. In the event that you need to cancel your order, all costs incurred to date are billable (supplies, printing, etc) which will be a maximum of half your order total.

If there is a particular sample you would like to see prior to purchasing, please convo me. My work utilizes several grades, colors, and textures of paper as well as varied printing methods. I will quote you appropriate pricing for these sample requests.


HOW TO ORDER: (pre-existing wedding package).

1. Place your deposit by purchasing one of the listings in our store. This $25 is a good faith deposit which reserves a spot for design time and must be made before any work can begin.

2. Convo me and include your email address. I will send you a form to fill-out that will pertain to the specific information (quantity/color changes/names/address of ceremony) that is necessary to start the invitation process.

3. A design proof(s) will then be provided to you via email for suggestions or changes.

MAPS: There will be an additional $40 flat fee for custom designed maps. These maps are generally included on the directions card. For added space and easier viewing, an additional enclosure card with the map illustration may be recommended. Map enclosure card pricing will be dependent on the paper stock and quantity.

4. Once final approval of spelling and layout on the digital artwork has been confirmed, an invoice will be emailed to you for half payment. Your $25 good faith deposit will be deducted from your first half payment. Once the payment has been received and processed, one design mock-up/hard-copy will be delivered by mail.

5. Once the final design is approved, it is ready to go for production! Please note that Adair Design is not liable for any future changes or mistakes.

6. Printing and assembly of invitations. An invoice for your remaining balance will be sent to you. Once payment is received and processed, your invitations are ready to send!

7. Off to the post office and send! Shipping cost, (if applicable) will vary, and will be added to your final invoice. (See shipping policy)

HOW TO ORDER: (custom designed wedding packages)

1. Convo me with a request of what you are looking for. Please include your email address so that I can send you a simple form to fill-out with all of the basic information I will need: wedding date, invitation quantity, Bride-Groom names, etc.

2. Once you choose to allow Adair Design to custom design your wedding invitation package, a $100 non-refundable good faith deposit is required to begin. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to begin pre-existing wedding invitation/stationery projects. These payments can be made via pay pal, personal check, or money order. This deposit reserves design time for your custom package and will be deducted from your first payment invoice.

3. Here comes the fun part! We can discuss budget, design direction, color theme, fonts, paper, substrates and textures to add and maximize the “WOW” that will happen every time a guest opens one of your invitations!

4. I create three beautiful wedding invitation designs based off the information that you have supplied. I will give an estimate for each one. Estimates are subject to change, and any extra costs will be made aware to the client. The digital designs will be sent to you by email. You will then review and choose the invitation design that best fits your event. It is recommended by Adair Design to approve paper swatches for color, weight and texture. These may be mailed to you before any product purchasing. Pricing of revisions and cost of paper swatches/mailing/tax will be included in your estimate.

For custom orders, once you approve an invitation layout, an invoice will be mailed to you for half payment. We will then start on the design of the enclosure cards requested. When the payment has been received and processed, and the design work of the invitation set is finished, I will send you a completed, hard-copy mockup of your one-of-a-kind invitation set through the mail. If there are any revisions, these will be sent digitally for final approval before print production.

PRINTING, PRODUCTION, ASSEMBLY OF WEDDING INVITATIONS
Production: This will include purchasing paper and/or substrates from the supplier. This is dependent on the supplier. An estimate of time will be given per each project, before production of the invitations start.

Printing usually takes 5-10 days.

Assembly is included in the original design estimate. Everything is hand-assembled in a dog-free/smoke-free environment.

RETURN ADDRESS PRINTING AND LABELS:
Response Envelope Printing: pricing is subject to envelope quantity. Please request an estimate if interested.

Return Address Labels: pricing is subject to quantity requested. Please request an estimate if interested.
Shipping
SHIPPING:
Domestic shipping will be conducted by USPS ground shipping. Express shipping is available upon request. Adair Design is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to convo and request insurance on the package. Shipping costs and insurance will be added to your final invoice. Shipping will commence when final invoice payment is received and processed. Personal delivery or pick up is available in the Charlotte, North Carolina metro market. International shipping will be handled by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipping rules apply the same as domestic shipping.

RUSH ORDERS:
Rush orders are available depending on order volume. Please convo me to determine if your rush order can be filled. A 25% rush surcharge will be added to your invoice for purchase of pre-existing wedding packages.
