These Downton Abbey themed cupcake toppers are beautiful! Perfect for my Downton Abbey Tea Party! The USPS made the seller jump through hoops to get them here! They were due by Sept. 11, but were received Sept. 19. It’s sad that business people can’t rely on them to be timely! But I must say, these toppers were worth the wait and did arrive the day before my party!
