Hi, I'm Sandi and welcome to Hunt + Find!
Curator, Treasure Hunter, Photo Stylist, etc. behind this little shop. I'm a one woman show and juggle many hats. I love all things vintage, and have a huge passion for mid century modern decor. I have a BFA in Illustration; and I love patterns, textiles and color.
My love for vintage and collecting objects sprung as a young child. My Nana, Annie, was a collector of many things. Some of my first childhood collections sprung from items that her and I had collected together. Our love of stamp collecting was the first we shared together and years later I'm still hoarding stamps away. I guess you could say I inherited the collecting gene, but let's be honest, my home is only so big and I can't keep everything I find. I opened this shop as a way to share the exciting treasures I find, with those who love and appreciate them as much as myself. What I sell here in the shop, is what I love, and I hope you'll find something you love too!

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
Returns and exchange details
I do my best to provide a clear descriptions and quality photos for your consideration. If you have any questions about an item or need additional photos, measurements, etc. please "Contact" me and I'd be happy to work with you. Please ask questions prior to making your purchase as I do not accept returns on items.
Though all sales are final, I still want all of my buyers to be 100% happy with their purchase. In the sad event that the postal service mistreats your mail and your item arrives damaged/broken I will work with you to replace/refund your item. Refunded items due to damage must be brought to our attention up to 7 days after delivery date, anything after 7 days will NOT be issued a refund. Please contact us right away if this is the case and we will walk you thru the steps to resolve this issue.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying any return shipping fee's.

All sales are final and I do not take cancellations, so please think about your purchase prior to payment. Thank you!
Shipping
On occasion, we may choose a different shipping method (such as Priority over First Class) or shipper (such as UPS, FedEx, etc.) if it is cheaper or more convenient option.
Please note that the shipping charges include are for preparation of materials. This may include an envelope, padded envelope, box, packing supplies, tissue paper, bubble wrap, tape, etc. Anything needed to protect your items when traveling to you.
I will ship to your "ETSY" address noted at checkout so please make sure this address is up to date! I am not held responsible if you didn't check this info prior to your package being mailed, and if your package is mis-delivered after it's left my hands.
If the item is a gift and being mailed elsewhere please provide and alternate address for mailing in the notes to seller during checkout. I will happily package your item up with a gift tag from you. Please leave a message in the notes at checkout to specify "gift" so I may contact you about this.
** International Order**
Currently I have international shipping turned off for the shop but if you would like to order and are not in the USA please contact me. Please note that "We will NOT mark an item as a "gift" on customs forms, nor will I change the description or value of item in order to avoid taxes/duties". Please do not ask me to do this. ALL import fees, taxes, VAT, tariffs, customs charges, are the responsibility of the buyer so please don't ask me to change things.

I am more than happy to reserve a listing for you. Please note that items on reserve will only be held for 24 hours. After this time the item will be unreserved and return to its normal state. Please do not ask for an item to be reserved unless you are seriously considering buying it as this process holds up things for others who may be considering buying the items too. Thank you for your understanding.
Shop name change. This shop was opened in 2009 as "AdaLou". The shop has been closed for many years and because of a conflict of interest, and a few life events, the name of the shop was changed and rebranded to "Hunt + Find" in January 2017.
