Returns and exchanges
I want for you to be happy with your jewelry and if you are not satisfied with your order please contact me upon receipt and I will be happy to resolve any problems.
→ If for some reason you are not satisfied with the design, refunds are available only once items have arrived to me unused and in perfect condition.
→ Custom orders, made to order, limited edition, and reserved items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Please note, that I am not able to refund shipping costs and buyer is responsible for the costs that are related to shipping item(s) back and items MUST BE sent back insured.

Currently ALL items: Orders will take 3-5 business days to be made and mailed out.
Also, custom/made to order pieces take a bit more time to make so please keep in mind that your item will be made and on its way from 7-10 days. (If you have any questions on custom order timing, please don't hesitate to message me). Thanks for your patience. If you need quicker turnaround time, please contact me about the different fees.

All international orders will be shipped USPS First Class International Mail with NO insurance provided. However, if buyer would like to purchase insurance for order, please convo me before ordering so that shipment with insurance can be calculated for you.
