I want you to love your purchase from my shop! Please know that due to the custom nature of each order, to consider carefully before ordering, as I do not accept returns at this time. Please contact me with any concerns or issues that you might have.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please send me a photograph of the damage and we will make replacement arrangements.

I accept payment via direct checkout using Pay Pal and Credit Cards.

Shipping

Your purchases are shipped via USPS First Class. Estimate 3-6 days shipping time (Hawaii and Alaska may take longer). Items are generally shipped within a few days after I receive your order, as indicated in each listing. Please notify me if you need your order expedited and I will try to accommodate you however I can. I will ship to the address provided in the Etsy receipt, unless you notify me otherwise.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, or the recommended method for each particular item. Delivery times do vary depending on your location, but expect at least 4-6 weeks. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. These are not the responsibility of Kristine Cramer Photography.
