We also still carry many items that are already embroidered, quilted items, bibs and burp cloths for babies, household items such as towels and pot holders, and some uniquely embroidered shirts.

Thank you for your interest in my store. Most of the items are completed by me and shipped by me, but there are times when my daughter, Tracey who lives in Chester Gap, Virginia helps out and occasionally she will ship from there.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchanges are accepted when the item is returned in new amd unworn condition within 7 business days of receiving your purchase.

Digital downloads: Please make sure that your file extension is in the listing and that you read the size of the design so that you know it will fit into your hoop. Digital purchases are final.

Custom orders must be prepaid. As soon as payment is received, I will make every effort to see that you get your product as soon as I can and that it is definitely to your specifications.
