Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
There is a problem with my order and request a refund.

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item if it arrived damaged or missing. Please provide a photo of the damage and of the packaging. I will then offer you a full refund or offer to resend the items to you (International customers will be required to repurchase postage).

I received my order and no longer want it and request a refund.

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item to confirm you want a refund and to arrange a return delivery. The return delivery postage cost is down to the customer. A refund of the original item only (not postage) will be issued once I receive the item back in its original condition. Please gain a proof of postage from the Post Office when returning the item.

I want to exchange my item.

I do not accept exchanges.

I purchased a digital download, can I get a refund?

I do not accept refunds on digital downloads.

I'm not happy with my custom or personalised order, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately down to the invested time it takes to create a custom or personalised item I will not be able to issue a full refund, a partial refund may be available depending on the stage of the commission.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept most forms of payment.

I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

If you want to cancel your order please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed and out for delivery I will be able to issue a refund. If your order is out for delivery then I will not be able to cancel it.
Shipping
What happens after I place my order?
Orders will be posted in 1 - 5 business days from placing your order.
International customers are responsible for all duty and custom fees.

Can I upgrade my postage?
Postage upgrades are available for most items. UK post is sent 2nd class as standard but upgrades to 1st class and 1st class signed are available. All international orders are sent International Standard and upgrades to tracked and or signed are available.

A tracking number is only available if you purchase tracking at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

UK Orders:
2nd class - estimated time of arrival is 3 working days after the item is marked as posted.
1st class - estimated time of arrival is the next working day after the item is marked as posted.

International Orders:
Europe - estimated time of arrival is 3 - 5 working days after the item is marked as posted.
Everywhere else - estimated time of arrival is 5 - 7 working days after the item is marked as posted.

I cannot guarantee delivery times.

What happens if my item has not arrived in the above time frame?

UK
If it has been 10 working days after the item should have arrived (see above for estimated arrival times) please send me a message to receive a refund or to have the items resent.

Europe
If it has been 20 working days after the item should have arrived (see above for estimated arrival times) please send me a message to receive a refund or to have the items resent.

Everywhere else
If it has been 25 working days after the item should have arrived (see above for estimated arrival times) please send me a message to receive a refund or to have the items resent.

If your order has not arrived please contact me. If you have purchased tracking I should have given you a tracking number when it was marked as dispatched.
