I can't say enough good things about this shop and the shape owner. I had the most pleasant experience requesting a custom order. I will definitly be a returning costumer and would reccommend this shop to any of my friends! :)

Shipping
PROCESSING TIME: Items are made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to complete. This shop is my job aside from my job as a full time mommy of 2 under 2, I hope you can understand our turn around time! We make each item as it comes in, first come, first serve. Every order is treated with care.

DOMESTIC: items under 13 ounces are shipped USPS first class, over 13 ounces will ship priority. These items take per USPS 3-5 business days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL: under 13 ounces will ship USPS first class and over 13 ounce will ship priority. Shipping to anywhere outside the United States can take up to four weeks. Many times items are held and additional custom fees are charged, these are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item has not arrived in four weeks time please contact your local post office to see if they are holding it there.

CUSTOM FEES: Additional custom fees may be applied by your country, this is something your government has decided to do, not us. We are not responsible for it and ask feedback does not negatively reflect things beyond our control. Delivery of item is dependent upon your location. Item may or may not make it through customs to your door, again this is the risk the buyer takes. We construct, wrap and ship the item, beyond that we are not responsible!

TRACKING: Every item shipped within in the United States will be provided with tracking info and buyer will receive an email with this info. Every international order will have tracking but USPS will not track it overseas tracking of all items STOPS IN LA no matter if it makes it to you or not.

INSURANCE: We are happy to provide insurance by customer request only. If insurance is not requested it appears USPS will not take responsibility for lost items. This is a risk the buyer takes and we are not responsible. Please request insurance with your order in the note to seller portion at checkout.

***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT REACH YOU DO TO USPS'S CARELESSNESS. ONCE THE ITEMS LEAVE OUR DOORSTEP THEY ARE IN THE HANDS OF THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, ANY INQUIRIES ON MISSING ITEMS NEED TO BE DIRECTED TO USPS.*** We do our job, and we trust them to do theirs so please, contact your local office if you have questions regarding your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS are given. All our items are handmade to order, because of this we cannot extend refunds or returns. Please read the entire description of the item you are going to purchase. All the details you need are listed in the item listing.

RETURNS: In any event all sales are final and returns are not accepted. In rare case we have made a critical error on an item (such as incorrect item sent) we will extend the option to return under the following circumstances only:
BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS WE CANNOT ACCEPT A REQUEST FOR A RETURN BEYOND 7 DAYS AFTER THE USPS TRACKING NUMBER INDICATES THE BUYER HAS RECEIVED THE ITEM.
**When a refund is extended to the buyer item must be returned to us 2 weeks from extension date to be refunded or exchanged (US, International 4 weeks). In the event a refund/return is agreed upon, buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us. Buyer may be asked to provide a photo of incorrect item so we may confirm error**
**Item must be return in perfect, unworn or unused condition. If it is returned worn or damaged the return is void.**

PLEASE NOTE that we are an entirely independent and handmade business. It's me working out of a small, lovely office across town handling every email, inquiry, customer note, and order. I have a way of operating my business that has been built over five years, rules and guidelines must be implemented and followed in order for me to maintain my business and living. By purchasing from my shop you AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPT MY WAY OF BUSINESS. I apologize if it isn't acceptable to you but this is how we operate. Any further issues we encourage you to take a case with Etsy.
Additional policies and FAQs
COLOR POLICY-VERY IMPORTANT!!! Most of the products you see here are designed by us. All customized items are designed 1005 by us. PLEASE NOTE that the colors you see on your screen may vary from the item you receive!! Even if you have approved a proof! We absolutely never alter the item from what you see but items may translate differently once they are printed. Absolutely NO returns can be made based on color. Please do not leave negative feedback based on colors as you have been warned. This is a risk you take when you purchase the item.
Specific colors to be cautious of for customization: navy, mint and neons or "hot" colors.

CUSTOM ITEMS: We will always send you a proof before you purchase for your approval. Please note that while we do everything within our control to make sure that item appears exactly as you see it on your screen, SOME VARIATIONS MAY OCCUR. Most commonly color as the fabric is created digitally, it may translate differently than you think once it's actually printed on a fabric. Screen variations could be a factor as well. Our fabric, though 100% designed by us, is printed (laser) by a third party business. We send them EXACTLY the design you have approved because after all, it makes no sense to change it after you've ordered right?!

OUR FABRICS: are printed by a wonderful third party business. Each and every image is laser printed as opposed to screen printed. This means there is no raised ink, no ink breakage or wearing away. Just a beautiful piece of material that has been designed and printed just for you.

CANCELLATIONS: It is not possible to request to cancel an order after it has been placed and paid for.

EXCHANGES: We don't accept exchanges.

COUPON CODES: Codes MUST be entered in the "Apply Coupon Code" box at the time of checkout. Codes entered in the Note to Seller box do not apply and we cannot retroactively apply a coupon or discount for you.

FEEDBACK: is always appreciated especially when honest but please, be kind to us :) I read each and every comment and take everything to heart. If you do have a problem or are not completely satisfied with you order please contact me first! I am more than willing to work with you to ensure your experience with my shop is always a good one. Neutral and negative feedback is very detrimental to our business, this is my livelihood and I take it very seriously!!

NEGATIVE FEEDBACK I ask that you please judge your experience based on customer service, quality of product, price, and speed of shipment (not arrival time!). Please do NOT hold us accountable for things beyond our control such as additional customs fees, USPS slow delivery, items lost in the mail, damaged in the mail, sent to the wrong address...etc. Please take a moment to rationally consider what was OUR responsibility and what wasn't, we simply ask not to be judged negatively for an error outside of our control.
