When creating a custom order, I typically will ask for details so you can describe what you would like. I will send you a proof upon request. Because of these reasons, and the time it takes to create a custom order, I do not offer refunds. However, if something on your completed custom order is not to your liking, and your change request is within reason, I will work with you to make sure it is perfect.
