My name is Lindsay and I opened my Etsy shop on August 21, 2009. I had lost my mother to Acute Myelogenous Leukemia 4 years earlier and my uncle to Pancreatic Cancer just a few months before my wedding and I was searching for a way to have them with me on my wedding day.

I stumbled on a set of two small frames at a local craft supply store and decided to create my own. I purchased the frames, some jump rings, two spools of ribbon, a small set of pliers and went to work. I fought my printer long and hard to get the photos the way I wanted them, small enough and clear enough to fit in the frames.

When I realized how wonderful it was going to be having her photo in my hands as I walked down the aisle I decided to turn my private Etsy account into a Shop account to help other Brides-to-be find a special way to have their loved ones close to their hearts on one of the most important days of their lives.

The shop was opened to make the process of remembering a loved one on your wedding day as simple and inexpensive as possible for the busy bride. I had no idea what I was doing or just how many people would be interested in something so small. Several thousand sales and happy customers later, and I am more excited than ever about what 2015 has in store.

I do a lot of work with people's photos to ensure that the prints are high quality and a good fit for the frames they choose. Many bride's will come to me and say, "I know this isn't the best photo, but it is the only one I have of him/her." and I have been happy to touch up the photo and get a great quality print for them where they otherwise may have never had the time or resources to do themselves. Many brides also want a saying to accompany the photo and I am happy to design a custom message and print it at no additional charge. Each piece in my shop is truly one of a kind. While you may find some of the same materials I use elsewhere, I pride myself on being a full service shop and I work very hard to ensure that every detail of each piece is designed to the client's exact specifications.

I am a one woman shop. I purchase & inspect all of my own supplies. I crop, edit, and color correct all photos, I assemble and package all orders from start to finish.

I have come a long way since the early days, it took a lot of trial and error to get to where I am, but I feel truly blessed to be able to lend a hand in making sure that brides have a piece of jewelry for their bouquet that will not only hold significant meaning on their wedding day, but will continue to be a cherished item for many years to come.

I have been creating photo charms for brides for the past five years and love it more every day. Below are my policies and a list of frequently asked questions. If you have any additional questions I would be happy to answer them via convo.

Returns and exchanges
Returns for an exchange or refund are accepted within 7 days after receiving the items. Please email me promptly regarding any returns. Please allow 24-48 hours to answer convo's or emails, excluding holidays and weekends.

Shipping and insurance fees are NOT refundable. All returns must be in original conditions. Buyers will pay for return shipping charges.

Items damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge once the damage item is returned.
Direct Checkout through Etsy or Paypal.
I typically fill and ship orders out every third day. Your order will ship out within 7-14 days after your payment clears, excluding weekends and Holidays.

Charms are placed inside a small plastic bag to protect from moisture while in transit, that small plastic bag is placed inside of a small pillow envelope to give it a sturdy "shell" the pillow envelope is then placed in a 6x9 mailer and which is marked fragile. This has been a very successful way to ship my items so far, however if you would like an extra layer of protection such as bubble wrap please message me prior to ordering and I was so my best to accommodate you.

♥ Orders of 4 pieces or less: Will ship USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

♥ Orders of 5 pieces or more: Will ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

♥ Please remember First Class can be slow so if you need to be in receipt of your order in within 2 weeks or less please consider upgrading to an expedited method before completing your transaction.

♥ International orders ship USPS First Class International by default, but Priority and Express options are available at checkout.

♥ Once your order is handed to USPS I can not be responsible for the time it takes to arrive. I will always do my best to track down orders that appear delayed and help my customers in anyway I can.

♥ Priority packages are automatically insured up to $50 please message me if you are interested in adding package insurance to your purchase before checking out.

Q: How do I send my photo to you?
A: The best way to submit your photo to me is through an Etsy message. Once you place your order, I will be able to link back to the conversations we have had to review before I start working on your charm.

Q: When I add the item to my cart which Photo option do I choose?
A: DIY – No Photo – If you are planning to place the photo in the frame yourself.
AS IS – No Edits – If you are sending me a color photo and do not want me to change it to black and white or sepia
EDIT - Black & White – If you would like me to apply a black and white filter to your photo.
EDIT – Sepia If you would like me to apply a Sepia filter to your photo you would choose
OTHER – See Note – If you want custom text, heavier editing, or corrections and/or color changes.

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Currently 1-2 weeks. I post this in my shop in several places so if there is a change you will see it there and Etsy also generates a ship by date on each listing that you can refer back to after placing an order.

Q: How do I attach my charm?
A: There are several different ways to attach your charm to your bouquet. The most popular is with a simple pearl floral pin. I have several other options in the shop section Attaching your Charm.

Q: Can I add a second or third frame to a single frame charm?
A: In most instances yes. If you message me I can take a look at the listing you are interested in and let you know if it is possible and how it would look. I will then set up a custom listing for your double or triple charm for you to purchase.

Please monitor children at all times with this merchandise. Some products are constructed with small pieces such as beads, rhinestones, etc and could possibly present a choking hazard to children. We are not responsible for any injuries related from any of these products.
