Designs with extraordinary colors, pictorial Southwest – Native American Indian inspired patterns with a rich history!
In 1923, The Beacon Company offered 86 patterns available in plaids, geometric designs, floral and Indian designs. My designs are carefully selected styles that limit lots of line cuts, so when I create a vest, jacket, coat or wrap shawl, I capture the artistry of these patterns, creating wearable art clothing, some of which are “one of a kind”!
Whether you are wanting that “one of a kind” cotton vintage-inspired from the old West or modern day Southwest – SantaFe / Aztec look, we offer rich blend of 60 cotton / 40 acrylic and vintage cotton Beacon textiles.
We are a combination of Southwestern and Native American inspired, Aztez, Santa Fe flair to Bohemian style. You will find a mix of spectacular pictorial motifs from these subtle blended soft colors of Indian - Tribal & Western patterns, to bright & bold! We are distinctive, eye catching, with exceptional hand crafted workmanship.
You can be a city girl, a country girl, a mountain hiking outdoor girl, to a down hill skier, a traveler, a business woman, as our styling fits just about anyone, who want’s unique clothing not found in department stores.
Our designs are simple, light weight, straightforward, & uncomplicated. We cut our designs with precision, matching and centering our patterns so the textile and colors become the focal point of our designs. We don’t just sew, we construct our clothing with tailored workmanship. It is from my very own experience, when I wear my designs out in the public, men and women approach me and want to feel the fabric, and ask where I got this. Replying with great enthusiasm
