Returns: returns not accepted on made to measure, custom clothing, tshirts, etc. Please read return policy before making a purchase. Accessories may be returned if in original packaging and unworn/unused, within 5 calendar days of delivery date.

Sizing details
Each item is custom made according to your measurements. Please have a professional measure you to ensure accuracy. The customer is responsible for providing the measurements. I cannot assume any responsibility for the measurements provided, but can assist in answering any questions.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and will not be cancelled. All garments are custom-made. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure of the style, size(measurements), color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. Order a swatch if you are not sure about the color. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery date if there are problems with your order.
Any item returned back to us by the shipping company due to incorrect address, will be subject to additional shipping fees to be paid by the customer before it is shipped to them again.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom clothing orders(meaning an outfit style that is not in the store) start at $350 and go up from there depending on the desired style. Custom order need to be requested(and paid for) at least 8 weeks ahead of desired completion date. Email me for more information simpsonboutique@gmail.com

Returns and Exchanges
POSTAGE COSTS FOR THE RETURN OF GARMENTS ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ADORNED BY NICOLE AND THE COST OF POSTAGE FOR SUCH RETURNS ARE TO BE COVERED IN FULL BY THE CUSTOMER RETURNING THE GARMENT(S).
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED ON ANY RETURNED ITEMS. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Rush Order Policy
The price for rush orders is 1.5 times the regular price of the item. What counts as a rush order? Any ship date less than 2 weeks(14 business days) from the order date. For example, if an item costs $200, the rush fee is $100 which is a total of $300 plus any expedited shipping cost to arrive by the desired rush date.
If an item costs $105, the rush fee is $52.50 for a total of $157.50 plus any expedited shipping cost to arrive by the desired rush date.
Will I get updates on my order?
Just like a purchase from most online stores, when you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Before purchasing in the ‘shipping’ info, there is estimated shipping information provided.
