If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me right away so we may work toward a mutually agreeable resolution.

In general, my items are all final sale...however with clear and prompt communication I may be able to make an exception for your case.

Many repairs may be completed FREE of charge or at a nominal cost of $5, unless I must purchase costly replacement parts...please save all broken pieces and loose beads! Return all portions of your bauble to me at once (this is in case I must match colors or materials). You pay for the postage to me, I pay for the postage to you. Fair?

As with most etsy sellers, I cannot take responsibility for items once they leave my hands and are in transit via the postal service. I do, however, make every effort to ensure your address on the paypal receipt matches your etsy checkout receipt and is clearly printed on your package.

If an item is lost I may offer you partial store credit depending on your existing feedback, whether we've done business together previously and so forth. Try to keep in mind that sellers often must deal with scam artists trying to get "something for nothing." I will keep in mind that sometimes the unexpected occurs and the buyer becomes an unwitting victim. Let's give one another the benefit of the doubt and try to reach a compromise.

If your purchase arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to me so I can see how and approximately where the breakage occurred. If possible, I will send a replacement. If an exact item is not available, you may be offered a similar item or a refund.

I try to go on a case by case basis for any and all situations which arise. Ultimately my goal is for you to walk away happy following our interaction, happy with the purchase, happy with the service. I welcome followup suggestions which might help me improve my little business and grow it with lots of wonderful customers like YOU.
I accept paypal and also can process your visa/mc via "Square" should you so desire. If you wish to send a personal check or money order instead, please notify me at checkout since this is not a common occurrence amongst my clientele (but I try to be flexible for your convenience).

I ask that you remit payment within 5 business days of your checkout.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of completing checkout. Generally I will have your item IN THE MAIL to you within 2 to 3 business days (or sooner). Should you wish to cancel and your item has not been shipped, I will happily comply with your request. Once the purchase has been mailed out however, no cancellations are accepted.

Deadlines: If you require your purchase reach you faster than approximately 1 week from time of payment, please contact me immediately via "convo" or email. I CAN overnight your item(s) or send via priority if you are willing to pay the higher shipping costs. All that is necessary is clear communication from your end and mine :o)
All items will be shipped regular mail unless otherwise specified. To request insurance or delivery confirmation, please send me a message before completing checkout. Thank you.
