Your jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defective craftsmanship for up to one year of normal usage. Please note, that due to the glass nature of the lampwork beads, most are one-of-a-kind can not be replaced. However, we will gladly substitute the beads with a comparable item.

Due to the custom nature of the bridal and bridesmaids' jewelry, all orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and are final sale. Any personalized, monogrammed, Mommy, Grandma, Dad, Bereavement, Quinceanera, Bridesmaids, Bridal Jewelry, resized jewelry, and special or custom orders, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For exchanges, please email us and return the unworn item(s) within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be returned insured, with tracking, and in its original unworn condition. Upon receipt of the item, your money will be refunded, minus shipping, return shipping costs, and handling fees. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied. We can not be held responsible if an item is sent to us without postal insurance and tracking.

Jewelry will be mailed pending Paypal or credit card approval. We provide complementary gift boxes with each order.

California residents will be assessed the state sales tax.

Grandma, Mommy, Daddy, and all Personalized Jewelry will take 3 weeks to create, plus shipping time. For most items, please allow a fabrication time of 15-21 business days, plus shipping time, unless otherwise stated in the item's description.

All jewelry is shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. As per Paypal rules, we will only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Please contact us if you would like to have insurance added to your package prior to mailing. Items over $100.00 may be sent with a signature verification at the time of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for all fees, duties, and taxes imposed upon by buyer's country.

We utilize lampwork glass beads that are kiln annealed by the lampwork artist (no mass imports). Please be aware that it is GLASS and is susceptible to crack or break if dropped, handled roughly, or subjected to extreme, sudden temperature changes. Sculptural lampwork beads such as three dimensional flowers, leaves, animals, etc. are especially susceptible to breaking.
The properties of glass are such that it is subject to thermal expansion when introduced to high temperatures (e.g., worn into a jacuzzi or sauna) and may break or crack.

Please discontinue usage if cracks, shattering, or defects occur and take the necessary precautions when discarding broken pieces in order to avoid injuries. As with any broken glass, sharp edges may cause physical injuries and/or damages.
